Our winery started producing sparkling wine in 2018, following the tradition of the Plešiva wine scene. This sparkling wine is produced using the traditional sparkling wine method, with secondary fermentation in each bottle. It is made from 100% Chardonnay and aged on fine yeasts for a minimum of two years. It is characterized by an exceptional purity of structure, fine beading and freshness.
