General business conditions

Trader

Prices include VAT, based on the VAT Act. The currency is the euro.

customer

A customer of goods is a visitor to the web shop who selects at least one product or several products, puts it in the basket and pays with a bank transfer (payment slip) at the bank (post office or FINI) and sends the order to the merchant or pays for the ordered goods when picking up the shipment. The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.

Pictures and descriptions

Images and descriptions of individual products are obtained from the manufacturer/supplier or downloaded from the Internet and may not necessarily be identical. Employees of the web shop try to specify the characteristics of the product as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to make mistakes in product descriptions and images. Prices, terms of payment and promotional offers are valid only at the time of order and/or payment and may change without notice!

Through the web shop https://ivancicfamilywinery.com.hr/en/, the customer is able to purchase part of the range of products available on the retailer’s website. Prices are without VAT. The currency is the euro (Eur). The trader undertakes to maintain the website in accordance with good economic practice and in the manner of a good businessman, and is not responsible for the quality of the internet connection through which the customer accesses the trader’s website. The highlighted regular and promotional prices are valid for online purchases.

Ordering

Products are ordered through the shopping cart and are irrevocable. The product can be ordered by a registered user or guest. In the event that the merchant is unable to deliver the product because the ordered product is not in stock or it is no longer possible to order it from the supplier, the merchant will notify the customer in writing who can cancel the order or possibly accept a new delivery date. If the customer decides to cancel the order, the merchant will return the money paid to the customer as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days from the time the delay occurred. If the buyer refuses to receive the correct and undamaged goods he ordered, the merchant has the right to ask the buyer for compensation for all handling costs related to delivery.
